About the Opportunity
Redwood Investment Management is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing team across a wide range of digital and print initiatives. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. An interest or background in financial services is a plus, but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update recurring marketing deliverables for financial advisors, including but not limited to, performance fact sheets, reports, white papers, brochures, and newsletters under deadlines.
- Upload and manage content on Redwood’s website and proprietary Advisor Portal.
- Support the creation of marketing materials across various media, including but not limited to email, digital, print, websites, digital marketing platforms, and any other marketing distribution.
- Serve as the professional and timely point-of-contact for Redwood’s clients' marketing requests.
- Communicating with external vendors, including designers, web admins, consultants, printers, etc.
- Compile and analyze marketing performance data from tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and website analytics.
- Assist in coordinating branding materials for events and conferences.
- Provide general support to help drive project completion across the marketing team.
Candidate Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
- Emphasis on strong written and verbal skills; understands how to communicate effectively.
- Experience with self-managing projects, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Asana, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign).
