Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will support our creative team across a range of digital and print projects. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to build experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Bonus: If you have a financial services background or interest, but it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of various digital and print projects, including but not limited to brochures, weekly materials, weekly charts, banners, and website content.
  • Create content for social media, including but not limited to, carousels, ads, and email campaigns.
  • Helping to coordinate marketing materials and branding for events and conferences.
  • Supporting Redwood’s marketing team in driving project completion.
  • Work with the lead designer and creative director to ensure design work is reproduced accurately, solve problems, and evolve our work.
  • Help maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
  • Attend design briefs and meetings with the internal creative and marketing team.
  • Support the creative and marketing team with the creation of digital assets across all our platforms and media.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, and an impressive portfolio of past design projects.
  • Up to 0-1 year of professional design experience or strong internship experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).
  • Basic understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color, balance, and composition.
  • Familiarity with digital content such as web design, social media, and email marketing.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Receptive to feedback with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
